They come with protective cases, and power leads and have been re-boxed. Some of the great features include, 800 Watt Peak, 400 Watt RMS digital amplifier, 15" woofer, 1" Mylar dome, high frequency driver with a max SPL of 128 dB. The cosmetic condition is good with a couple of marks on the back of the speakers which can be seen in the last image of the units.
